How to Start a Return

We will reply within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions. Once your item is on its way back, send us the tracking number and we will process your refund without waiting for the package to arrive.

Refunds

If you prefer, we are also happy to offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund — just let us know.
